Mike is licensed to practice law before the Supreme Courts of Utah and California, the Federal District Court of Utah, the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
Mike has served for 22 years in the U.S. Army between active duty and reserve. He is a current reserve Judge Advocate and member of the Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces.
Mike is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center (L.L.M ) and the Thomas Jefferson School of Law (J.D.).
